Apartment Sandy Beach No. 1 is located in a quiet little village of Duce, approximately 1500 m from the town center of Omis and only 10 m from a breathtaking sandy beach. Duce is a lovely little place, well-known for its many sandy beaches that stretch the span of the entire village. The apartment is a private flat in a building and it can accommodate up to 4 persons (2+2) in approximately 55 m² of space. Apartment Sandy Beach features one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an extendable couch for two extra sleeping possibilities, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kitchenware and a microwave), a dining area, a bathroom (with a washing machine). The apartment also has a south-facing balcony overlooking the sea and the beach with outdoor furniture.
