Villa Petra features four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and one additional bathroom (for a total of 5),  a kitchen with full equipment (such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettles, pots, pans, cutlery, fridge, freezer etc), a living room. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, SAT/TV, a washing machine, air-conditioning. Grill/BBQ facilities are available, as well as a private heated pool, a sea-view terrace with outdoor furniture. A sauna and a gym are available for private use. Free private parking is provided on-site, no reservation needed.
